Among the Leaves
Chain-link Fence, Paper Installation
Among the Leaves is a selection of curated images that explore the
intersections between decoration, imitation, and nature. The silver
fence and leaves serve as a “poster” form—meant to imitate natural
leaves forming around architecture. Among the Leaves is was a part of
a long term project that was meant to lure in viewers to explore a
collection of images that guide my graphic design and artistic
practice. This project is not only a collection, but a self portrait,
a “portal” into what inspires me and how I view the phenomenon of
imitating nature.
